No idea what the problem here might be.

Please note that firmware and software versions need to be matched - simply trying out different FW and SW versions is dangerous.

Yes, I'm using the brand new version of the software from here on the site, and I tried the previous two versions (all newer than the firmware) - though there seem to be just the same two versions of irtransview.dll whatever version of the software you look at (2.5.0 and 2.6.0 from memory).

I can assure you that it's no fun to be blundering about the unknown, trying to make this work, but with no support from anyone, what can we users do?

So, any idea why irtransview.dll would affect the remote commands?
