My Irtrans module reboots constantly....

Hello... i received my new IRTrans module today and after i fired it up and gave it a fixed ip address i managed to log in via its web interface.
After a while...about 10-15 seconds, it reboots and i loose the connection. The red LED blinks when it reboots. Is this a firmware bug or a hardware failure?
I have connected the module via switch, the router and direct to the pc and the problem still occurs.

The module info:

IRServer Version 6.08.18
IRTrans LAN : IR VER: E6.08.10
ETH VER: L1.10.30
SN: 54823
MAC:00-22-3e-08-05-31
IP Addr: 192.168.1.30

Hello again.. i think i have found the solution to the rebooting.....
My laptop had the ir-da module enabled and it was sending out a lot of ir signals.
I think the IRTrans got stressed by these signals generated from the laptop.
My irtrans module is stable for now when i disabled the ir-da module on the laptop :D

Hi,
sometimes very hard IR Noise (e.g. coming from an IRDA port) might cause reboots of the IRTrans device.
They are triggered by the internal watchdog if the device is not responding due to processing of the IR Codes for an extended period of time.

Anyways, IRDA is hardly used anymore these days.
