which type is the usb interface monted on irtrans ?

1.0 or 2.0 ?

It is a USB 2.0 full speed device (12 MBit) which is basically the same as a USB 1.1 full speed device.

Of course it is compatible with any USB 2.0 or 1.1 port.

However, that does not make any difference as the data packages are very small anyway.
