USB as BusModule
Posted: Thu 11. Jun 2009, 01:10Can the USB Device function as a BusModule? If power only is supplied to the USB connection and Bus address is >0 will the USB unit act as a BusModule?
Yes, the USB Module can be used as a bus module.
You only need to change the Device ID. The device ID can be changed using the -set_id option of the irserver.
Power should be supplied either via the bus or via the DC Connector. Powering via USB is possible, however it is better to use external DC.
