Team,

When upgrading my IRTrans LAN, using a purchased upgrade key I get the following error:
"Result: [65-1] Wrong upgrade key"

The device itself:

I have send emails to support [at] irtrans [punkt] de twice without any response.

Any idea?

Hi DJ,

I'm sorry - your mails went to the SPAM Folder and have been overlooked there. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The combination of your device Hardware, Firmware file and MAC address of your device are correct however. I just double checked. Be sure you use the latest IRServer release. If the upgrade still doesn't work send the device to us, we will do the upgrade for you.

Sending it back to you means I probably would not be able to use it for 2 weeks..
