USB devices crashing Windows 10

Hello,

My 2 IRtrans USB devices are causing regular crahes (1 per week avg) of the Windows 10 based PC they are connected to: PC becomes unresponsive and requires a hard reboot.

I run IRServer Version 6.10.21. Power saving of USB is disabled. Devices are connected direct to the USB port (no USB switch) and PC run 24/24h and 7/7h (used for home automation). Details of devices:
[ 0]: IRTrans USB U6.08.42 SN: 66624
[ 0]: IRTrans USB U5.04.46 SN: 24162

I have 2 IRtrans devices and they behave the same. I tested them on 3 different computers (1 mini PC, 1 Intel atom based PC, 1 Windows tablet). It has taken me months to find that the cause of instability of my home automation system was the IRtrans device.

In order to avoid the device to crash my home automation system, I connected it to a dedicated Windows 10 mini-PC with no other software than IR Server.
The IRtrans device is interfaced with Lirc service of IR server. This isolates the faulty device but does not fixes my issue (when the mini-PC crashes, I loose IR).

Can you suggest how to troubleshoot the issue?

Thank you in advance

Can I expect support from IRTrans for this?
Do I miss something? Not found similar topic in existing topics...

Thank you

After testing and debug, my finding is that Lirc server of IRServer does not behave properly when several clients are connecting.
I am using Lirc client from Eventghost, and disabling it solved my crash issue.
