How to give a remote button a key combination in Vista

I use IrTrans in conjunction with the VF210 and RC197 remote. These are in origenAE S16V.
Now the remote works fine, I just want it more.
On the remote control there is a red, green, blue and yellow buttons that have no function.
I press the buttons I can see that the IR signals of the VF210.
I use the latest software version of your website (version 06.01.09)

Furthermore, after some research i change in apps.cfg another feature buttons a i give, the green button the "down cursor" data.
It works, but of course I want a job, among other programming.

My question:
- How can I get a function on the red, green, blue and yellow within IrTrans software. -> Apps.cfg?
- What i will to do:
- Allow a combination for example: CTRL+SHIFT+A or CTRL+P
- To start a Macro.
- A program run, for example c:\Program Files\Mozilla\Firefox.exe
- Or a combination of program control mmsys.cpl,, 1 + + <TAB> <TAB>
