Reset POE to factory default

After a power breake I got some IP problems. I logged into the POE , and accidentely did a 'configuration store' with DHCP off, Alternate IP Off, and no IP address in the IP field. It seems like the device got IP 0.0.0.0 . IpAssign and Ip_assign do not recognoze the device, actually it does not regognize the other one either( with a valid IP 10.0.0.6) . Is there any way I can reset the module to factory default or set a valid IP?

Here is how to reset the device:

1. Open the IRTrans
2. Remove the PoE Board
3. Put a jumper on the 1x6 jumper line on the rightmost position (next to the Status LED)
4. Install the PoE Board
5. Put the device in the case again and power Up the IRTrans (do not touch the PCB – PoE uses around 48V !)
6. Wait until the red LED is off again
7. Remove the power
8. Remove the jumper
9. Reassemble the device
