Does IRTrans have somekind of a power saving mode?

I have a network of 8 IRTrans Ethernet devices and everything works fantastic (after months of learning tho whole new field of home automation). The only small issue we have is that after couple of minutes IRTrans fall down into a power saving mode (my assumption) and it takes 1 command to wake it up (which is not received by the server) and the second one to be actually accepted. I'm not sure is that device related or server related as right now a device which was not used by couple of hours accepted the command immediately.
Does anybody have the same issue?

The IRTrans devices do not have any power save mode. They are always active. No idea why the first packet is dropped. Does it blink green when you issue the command? You might use a network analyzer to check if the packet is actually sent.
