I'm not able to start my IRServer connecting to the Multicontroller in our network.

-The IP is provided in the lan part of the startup propertie
-I'm able to ping the device in our network
-I can reach the webinterface of the device
-Network firewall has port 21000 opened for TCP and UDP traffic

IRServer doesn't start...

Any idea?

When the IP of the device is provided and the device can be reached it has to be a firewall problem.

Please note that not only the Windows FW might be active - NW security SW often has its own FW.

thanks for the answer.

Do we need to open port 21000 for TCP and UDP as well?

The IRTrans SW uses UDP port 21000 for communication unless it is specifically set to TCP. Meaning: UDP 21000 should be enough.
