LanController XXL and B&O

Postby SamKrew » Thu 22. Apr 2010, 06:46

Hello.
I need to control by 11 TV B&O, and I have some questions:
1. Are the all 16 outs of the LanController sent HF IR?
2. Can we send the custom IR commands through the Enternet?

Hi,
the LAN Controller XXL can send HF signals with all outputs, no problem.

You can send the IR codes via Ethernet, of course. Here is how it works:

1. Learn the IR Codes
2. Upload the IR Codes into flash memory of the IRTrans device
3. Now you can send them with UDP/TCP ASCII Strings and http requests.

Please note that the max. cable length for HF signals is 2m !
If the TVs are not nearby you will need to use IRTrans LAN DBHF devices near the TVs.
