can i find an changelog if an new version of irtrans/irserver is released?

The sourcefile "server.c" contains a changelog. However, it is rather technical and we cannot explain any single line.

thanks for the reply. the information in server.c is enough for me, only to see what was changed if i update the package in my own linux distribution
