Recognition of Commands / Configuring .rem file

Postby guenterlauer » Mon 13. Dec 2010, 00:14

Dear all,

irtransserver is working almost fine on my linux machine powering up my usb-ir-receiver.
Starting the server and push some buttons on my mce-remote it seems that not every push is getting
translated right. I have to push each button twice to get the right conversion:
Code: Select all

guenni@Judas:~$ sudo /usr/local/irtrans/irserver -start_clock -loglevel 4 -debug_code /dev/ttyUSB0

I have no clue whats going wrong.....so I think I have to reconfigure my mediacenter.rem.
Reading your IRTrans-documentation and changing some parameters does not really help
(values I have changend from [RC]2 to [RC]1 or [RC]3 have no effect) .
Perhaps, you have any idea how I have to configure my mediacenter.rem:
Code: Select all

Or do I have one other problem concerning the remote control ?
Thanks for your help and support.

Hi,
normally the Mediacenter remote works fine.

Maybe the RC6 Togglebit Option is disabled in the device settings of your device.

Please use only the Windows SW to change device options (or the GUI Client via Mono).
