After learned IR command nothing happens

After setting up a new remote in "Learn IR command" nothing appears in "Detected IR commands or the IR2keyboard program. IRtrans appears to have learned the button presses as a code popped up then a button was pressed in "learn ir command" and it saved it to a file. Im using windows 7 ultimate and here is the .rem file:

Maybe the IR Receiver is disabled in the device settings.

Im seeing no option to enable\disable IR receiver in any of the irtrans software.

Depending on your firmware version it might be in the Device Settings of the GUI Client.

However, as we do not know those OEM device we cannot help you here in detail.

Its a VF110 model and there is no "device settings" anywhere to be found in the software ive been through every menu trying to get this thing to work. The version i installed was ir_trans_v09.10.09. The problem isn't the OEM hardware its your software and how its interacting with it.

There are two boxes in "device status" called "ir send" and "ir receive" and both are checked if thats what you mean. The problem still remands.

No idea what causes that.

Please note that the shown options and function of the devices not only have to do with the software but there is a very close relationship with HW and Firmware.

The firmware used by those OEM devices is several years old and we can no longer support it. Furthermore, as OrigenAE does no longer use our devices all the current SW for these devices is provided as is.

Please note that support for the OEM devices is in general only done through the HW vendor.
