Use COD-RCV with LIRC

Hi, can you advice how or if the COD-RCV would work with LIRC for code learning? Thanks

Hi,
in general the COD-RCV will work in any environment.

However, please note that code learning through LIRC is not supported with IRTrans devices at all. The reason is that LIRC can only learn IR codes with non intelligent devices while the IRTrans devices do all code learning in hardware.

Codes will always be learned through the IRTrans server SW and stored in IRTrans format. Later they can be sent by IRTrans and also LIRC clients.
