IRTrans not working with FrontView

I have only posted here because I'm using an OEM solution that came with my Origenae S16V enclosure although I strongly suspect my question would be better placed under the 'software' category in this forum.
Anyway, the IRTrans software install comes with a plugin for FrontView. Whilst this works with verison 3 of FV, I have been unable to get it working with the latest version (v4). Has anybody been successful with this and if so, how? I'm running 32bit Vista Home Premium.
