Unable to control individual External LED

We are trying to use this string to control individual LEDS but it just sends through both LED's anyway.

IRSend_Return = IRT.IRSend(Remote, IR_Cmd(Bld_Cmd), 0, IRTrans_LED)

Yea thanks, we used the new .net dll you attached and changed a few things and it works now.
