Ich habe leider noch ein Problem, bei dem ich trotz intensivem Lesen und Probieren nicht mehr weiter komme. Das WiFi-Modul arbeitet bis zu einem zufälligen Zeitpunkt tadellos mit dem Server zusammen. Mitten im Betrieb (z.B. Scrollen durch ein Menü) sendet das Modul keine Codes mehr. Die LED hinten am Gerät leuchtet weiterhin grün und die Empfangs-LED blinkt wie gewohnt. Am Server kommt aber nichts mehr an. Ein Neustart des Servers ändert nichts. Nachdem das Modul einmal spannungslos geschaltet wurde funktioniert es wieder normal bis zum nächsten Ausfall. Die Spanne zwischen zwei Ausfällen ist recht zufällig, ich würde sagen zwischen 3 - 100 gedrückten Tasten.

Ich bin mir nicht 100% sicher aber ich glaube es gibt eine Abhängigkeit zu der eingestellten Empfangsfrequenz. Bei 38khz tritt das Phänomen erheblich häufiger auf als bei 56khz oder darüber. Ich habe versucht neben dem normalen Log auch das Hexfile einzuschalten, um zu sehen ob überhaupt etwas beim Server ankommt aber das bleibt in jedem Fall leer.

Dieses Verhalten kennen wir nicht. Da die LED ja blinkt kann es mit dem IR Signal selbst nichts zu tun haben.

Wichtig: Die Empfängereinstellung NICHT ändern - sie dient nicht zur Konfiguration für IR Signale sondern stellt den eingebauten Empfänger ein.
Eine Änderung dieser Einstellung ändert NICHT die Signale die empfangen werden können !

Die WiFi Verbindung besteht wohl auch - sonst liesse sich der Server nicht neu starten.
Blinkt die WLAN Status LED (hinten zwischen den Buchsen) wenn ein IR Code empfangen wird ?

Hilfreich wäre es auch mit einem IP Monitor (Wireshark, Packetyzer) zu sehen ob und was über das Netz gesendet wird.

Ja, geht einmal ganz kurz aus und an.

Gute Idee, werde ich nachher machen und das Ergebnis posten. Gibt es eine Idee warum das hexdump-file leer bleibt?

Gute Frage, normalerweise sollte das Hexfile auf jeden Fall funktionieren. Das müssen wir mal prüfen.

Ich habe nun folgendes gemacht. Ich habe einmal per Wireshark auf Serverseite (linux) ein Trace gemacht und einmal mit Wireshark mit meinem Laptop auf WLAN-Seite d.h. Laptop und WiFi-Modul am gleichen WLAN-Router angemeldet. Dann auf der Fernbedienung dauerhaft eine Taste gedrückt und gewartet. Das Ergebnis war in beiden Fällen das gleiche, nach einer nicht festgelegten Dauer kommen keine Pakete mehr. Ich habe mal die letzten paar Frames angehängt (117-121). Bis Frame 117 lief es, dann musste ich einen Spannungsreset machen, danach ging es nochmal weiter bis Frame 121 und dann war wieder Ende.

Hallo,
danke schonmal für die Info.

Ist es denn zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch möglich, IR Codes zu senden ?

Kann man das WLAN Modul noch per ping oder auch http ansprechen ?

Hier das Ergebnis:

Betriebszustand:
IR-Codes=geht
ping=geht
Webserver=geht

"Abgestürzter" Zustand:
IR-Codes=geht nicht
ping=geht (!)
Webserver=geht nicht

Im abgestürzten Zustand habe ich es geschafft durch mehrfaches Anfragen der Webseite das Device zu einem Neustart zu bringen.

Ich denke ich komme hier nicht viel weiter, ich werde Ihnen das Gerät wohl zurück schicken müssen mit der Bitte es nochmal zu prüfen. Das defekte Netzteil muss ich ja eh schicken.

Ich denke auch, das ist das Beste. Wir überprüfen das Gerät und dann tauschen wir es ggf. aus.

das Modul sollte vor ein paar Tagen bei Ihnen angekommen sein. Konnten Sie das Problem nachvollziehen?
