Dreambox 500 Plus Help

Hi,

I am using IRTrans LAN module to control the Dreambox 500 Plus model. It is successfully connected and able to send command, but the problem is that when sending command to the Dreambox, the Dreambox did not interpreted 100% correctly. For example, I am sending an OK button to the DreamBox, sometimes the dreambox response immediately and correctly, but sometimes it did nothing, and even sometimes it interpreted as a different command such as up or down. Previously I did used this command with my DreamBox 500 (older version) without any issue, but currently I had upgraded the Dreambox and facing this problem.
Is that the problem lies with the command? And is there any update on the dream.rem that will works perfectly with DreamBox 500 Plus? Do anyone have any other suggestion that may solve the problem?
I am using IRTrans Server version 5.10.09 with IRTrans LAN Version 5.09.07.

normally controlling a Dreambox works fine using the dream.rem.

You might try a firmware update for your device.

Please contact us via Email with exact data of your device (Hardware version, exact device (With or Without IR Database)).
